I'm in this year. I've gained a lot here recently. Starting: 245lbs Year End (or sooner) Goal: 190lbs

That's a pound a week.

I'm 187. Ideally I need to be in the 150's, but I'll settle for 170.

Yep! I was 420 pounds at the beginning of 2014...changed my life in how I eat and my activity level.

No surgery, no pills, no crash diets, no shortcuts. But still a ways to go!

Too much shit food lately. Pretty crazy how fast things can get out of hand.

Anything below 195 on my body is skinny as **** so, I'm going for 195.

eggs
tuna
poverty chicken (skinless)
canned vegetables
oatmeal
hummus
fresh fruit
popcorn

That's basically what I eat. I save the decadent eating for nights out.

Great thing about most of that shit...really easy to count calories. And while some people loathe doing that, once you get into a routine, it becomes secondhand.

Oh and celery, too. Lots of celery.

All these carbs you're eating with salsa, hummus, other dips, etc...switch to celery.

I really wish I could eat celery. Just can't stand the taste of it.
