ISU vs. Iowa

What is Kirk Ferentz's record against ISU? Just wondering. Two years ago Iowa's lone loss was to a "lowly" ISU team. I know ISU is not very good, but I just get tired of all the Hawkeye BS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh yeah, Iowa sucks. The lot of your colleges. Hawkeyes and Cyclones, both of em.

Just thought i'd add that.

The was ZERO "Hawkeye BS" until you got here suck-lone...you brought it on yourself.

As for Kirk Ferentz' record against ISU, give him a couple more years. It'll be ANOTHER 20 years before they win again...

He's not a fence rider, he's a flip flopper. He wants to be a KSU football fan and a KU basketball fan. Not a chance!

Well Tate certainly didn't do much to make a case for the pros today. Granted Iowa's running game is suffering by having to play the fifth string RB due to injury, but Tate looked pretty bad today. He had no touch on the ball and made some pretty poor decisions. Props to Iowa's D for shutting PSU out, because our O certainly wasn't getting it done.

The kid is a SOPHOMORE. The last 2 starting QB's here were seniors, we're spoiled.

And don't forget, it was at Happy Valley. No PSU is not what they used to be, but regardless 110,000 fans are LOUD.

I understand all that. I was just pointing out that he had a sh*tty game. The week that someone comes in and pimps him as the Chiefs QBotF, he has his second to worst game of the year. I really think the lack of a running threat is what's hurting him the most. Props to Ferentz for sticking with the run in an attempt to keep defenses honest, but the reality is that teams don't have to respect IA's running game as much as they have in the past. He still lacked touch on his throws, which I think had something to do with all the batted balls at the D-line.
