Stress is a killer. Single worst thing for your health in general. It keeps you from sleeping and can cause depression. I had someone very close to me who was on a bunch of meds for depression, had troubles sleeping and couldn't hold down a job. I told her if she really wanted to help herself she would throw away the pills and work out hard 1 hour a day 4-5 times a week and straighten out her diet. It was like flipping a switch. She has lost weight, holds down a good job and has no problems sleeping and has never been depressed again.
We forget that humans for thousands of years have always been very physical animals. Only with the recent developement of technology do we now have so many people with all these probelms. I think there is a definately a link. JMO
