Yep, they were pathetic. Keith Newman made a tackle for the Vikings and one of them called him Terrance Newman. I was scratching my head, how did the Vikes get him? Then the other guy casually corrected it. Vikings announcers did not even have a player roster in front of them?

I'm okay with him. I would like someone better, but really I have no idea who that would be. Like Vermeil said, he seems to make one mistake a game (or couple of games), whether it is a kickoff, extra point or a field goal.

I'm going to hope and prey that he comes through late in games, he does that and I will be happy.

Our best defensive end is John Browning, but the caoching staff feels his talent is better being wasted at defensive tackle.

the Siavii incident further solidifies my astonishment when he was picked.
Jesus, our scouting department sucks. God forbid if Johnson wasn't there at 15 this year - who knows who we would have drafted;/or how far we would have traded down for X number of meaningless late round picks.

Johnson at 15 was the easiest 1st round pick for the Chiefs in years. A no brainer.
