It happens twice (allegedly) and it seems a lot more believable.

Most the time, when the police charge a person with a crime, I assume they are getting it right. That isn't going to change just because that person is a really good runningback on my favorite football team.

If this all turns out to be a convoluted story by this woman to make some money off of LJ...I think we (the planet) need to come up with our own brand of Chiefs Justice....

Maybe invoke fines, or worst case scenario (for the most heinous crimes against a chief....such as disrupting the team's mission towards a super bowl)...we create a black-ops squad to take these people out for good!

Aren't these people football fans for god's sake?
Must be Al Davis' paid thugs!

The first time he bodily threw his psycho-exgirlfriend out of his house and told her he would get his gun if she came back. Somehow, this becomes a pistol-whipping.

Now, supposedly, he breaks up a fight between two women in a bar. Now he's a wife-beater.

He needs to learn that in this day and age, you can't even touch a woman, but I don't see where he has beat up anyone. The Phillips comparisons in the previous posts are bullshit, IMO.

You're absolutely right.

Lawrence Phillips won a national championship at Nebraska.

Larry Johnson did not at Penn State.

No comparison.
:p
