Not to be TOTALLY politically incorrect here, but I expect it to be EXACTLY the opposite of Wayne Morgan and more like Steve Alford...

Where Morgan recruited the coasts and brought in mostly urban (aka black) players, McDermott will lock down the Iowa kids, who are coincidentally mostly white. :D
