Well, when I read that some dipshit managed to fry himself and his buddy at a NASCAR race because he was either too drunk or too stupid (perhaps both) to be aware of the basic fundamentals of basic electricity, I naturally deduced that his decision making abilities were probably flawed to begin with. Hence, his choice of a bride and mate was probably just as bad.

The "loud pop" they heard was most likely the fuses on the tap line blowing as too many amps were flowing to though them directly to ground and through the guys holding the poles. What would make them try to pull the flagpole back of the lines??? :shake:
