As for Carrie's looks, I actually liked the way she looked better during her Idol run. She's too skinny now. Damn hollywood. I want my squeezably soft Carrie Underwood back, dammit!!!

Any pig is going to have a hard time pulling that award and remaining popular. IF she looked normal like say she did when she came out I still think she would have a good following and a career, just not as good as she will have looking like that. That being said it will still be hard to stay popular but I think she has the talent, flexibility, looks and following to pull it off but it will still take a lot of work.
