Whatchyootalkin' bout, Simplex? He posted that, and America voted.....He stayed. Kind of like Clay Gaykin. A novelty at first, but then considered a significant contributor.

BTW, I have the Chiefs Encyclopedia. A good book for catchingup with the past, and for combating know-it-all's in this board.

I got this for Christmas last year. It is really what it says, an encyclopedia. History, season by season recaps, player bios, all time rosters, summaries of some games, stats for every year, draft lists for every year, complete team record book. There are many photos, which are in black and white, but good. I like it. Big hardcover book of 450 pages.

Arrowhead: Home of the Chiefs is a monument to imaginative and aesthetic sports arena architecture, still after 25 seasons. While other arenas of its era are being replaced, Arrowhead continues to draw compliments as the best there is for football. Relive 25 years of Kansas City Chiefs football history in Arrowhead: Home of the Chiefs, the official history of the Kansas City Chiefs and Arrowhead Stadium.

I have this one and a couple others, but my absolute favorite is Gameface by Hank Young.

Excellent choice...he's doing one more, then retiring.

I have Bob Gretz's book, "Hail to the Chief."
