I was just going to post my take on the now-dead (?) myspace fad to go along with the Onion picture and leave, but now I'm going to have to share with you some interesting information I found out about Barbaro on Wikipedia:

Shit, 10 minutes would constitute five or six Kentucky Derbies, wouldn't it? I'll never understand how people get so bunged up over an event that's basically over in the blink of an eye.

The race itself, all minute and a half of it, is kind of fun to watch. I like to tune in about a minute before it starts and root for the horse with the best name, if I can remember it's on that weekend.
