No, no fetishes here. I was just surprised to see such beasts lurking in the bowels of humans.

ROY I am curious now about that as well. How the **** do you have a 'normal' BM with a turd that is ****ing 3 feet long, or looks like an alien baby or something?

Not sure, I know this isn't the fist thread about this stuff on CP. So I was asking if any members here have done this yet. At my age ( 50 ) and not able to do alot of exercising after the heart attack and having 2 bad knees, I am on a mission to lose weight and get as healthy as I can.

The following are just a few of the side effects of a toxic buildup in the body:

1. Constipation, diarrhea, irritable bowel syndrome, bloating and indigestion
2. Weight gain and inability to lose weight
3. A disruption in mental function
4. Stiffness and pain in the joints
5. Excess strain and weakening of the heart
6. Blemishes, paleness, psoriasis, break-outs and other skin problems
7. Bad breath

While not guaranteed, an effective colon cleanse will detoxify your organs often resulting in:

1. Increased energy and vitality level
2. Healthier bowel movements (eliminates constipation problems, and prevents disease of the colon)
3. Weight Loss
4. Improved look and strength of hair, skin, and nails
5. Elimination of fatty wastes, mucus, and other toxic buildups
6. Decreased cholesterol
7. An overall feeling of improved health and wellbeing

I dont see why this wouldnt help. Hell, it might just give you a placebo effect from seeing what looks like rotting ick coming out the back of you.

The results make sense. If you are able to better digest food you will feel better and your body will function better as a whole. As for losing weight I would have to assume since your body is digesting better your metabolism speeds up some how... not sure really.

I just eat a prune every day. These make it really easy and convenient:

I used to have constipation problems (still do, actually). I went in for a colonoscopy this past fall and the results I got were kind of underwhelming. I was psyched up for some sort of fatal cancer-like colon disorder and all I got was, "Eat less starches. More grain and fruits." I asked about colon cleansing and my doctor pretty much told me that the stuff they show on TV is natural. It's not necessary to cleanse the colon at all.

I've changed my diet a bit and my bowel movements are bigger and a lot more frequent. As long as that happens, I don't think it's really necessary to worry about the stuff your body secretes.

colon cleanser

Having taken narcotics over a length period of time constipation is a major problem that does not go away. Is that why you are considering a colon cleanser? If its due to constipation use a stool softener. I've used them, they sell them at Wally World and is the only thing I have found to help from getting consipated. Before I started using them, I went for 5 or 6 days without a bowel movement and it would all clog up about 4 inches up my colon. I would feel like I was carrying a little friggin baby down in my ass. One time it got so bad and needed to get it out that I had to shove a spoon up my ass to pick off pieces and get it down to a size that would finish exiting the colon. I mean when it finally came out it was like 4 inches in diameter and close to a foot long. That's what killed Elvis you know he was plugged up tighter than a drain pipe with cement in it. Not a good thing to experience.
