I haven't used iTunes enough to know if I hate it, but I've never had any issues with WinAmp. The entire thing is only a few megs, though I do get annoyed by the stuff you have to uncheck upon install.

Quicktime is the one aspect of OSX I wish they'd totally revamp. Lose the "pro", include all codecs, etc. Essentially, make it "just work (TM)"

WinAmp is better. Make sure you get the original version, it runs much better.

Folders and Windows Media Player for the 5,000 or so song files I already had on my computer from before the Rhapsody days. All new downloads, though - Rhapsody Unlimited. Blows iTunes into the dirt!
