I stay fairly standard regarding hot sauce. Durkee or Texas Pete are both perfect for what I'm looking for out of a hot-sauce.

I used to like louisiana, but now, I prefer Frank's to the point that I won't buy anything else. I can eat the stuff on saltines.

Louisiana is crap. At a minimum I keep on hand: Frank's, Tabasco and Sriracha. Each is a bit different and good on different occasions.

Frank can step aside because I LOVE Sriracha, and I want the whole world to know!!!

My homeboy hipped me to it and now the majority of my diet is made up of this hot chili sauce. I've killed a fifth of the bottle in a week.
