What was the problem with what he said? I listened to the whole interview. He said he thinks Cassel will be the QB for the next ten years, and can be a franchise player, Pollard was cut because of poor coverage and missed tackles, and he thinks the D is improved. He didn't say the Chiefs will win the division, or even that they have a chance next week. I think he's pretty reasonable.

I remember talking to him before the Chiefs Bears game at Soldier field. My tickets were in the media deck area right by his box and the Chiefs coaches box. He's a really nice guy. If you talk to him off air, he bashes the team a little bit more than one would expect. I remember him saying the Chiefs may not score more than 6 pts (2 FG's) at the Bears game. Thats when Hu-tard was starting at QB.

As for Mitch,...I think he is incredible. I love everything he does for the Kansas City Chiefs, and I completely understand his role. Mitch Holthus is the man.

I really like Holthus except for the goofy nicknames. I can't remember the last time I watched a game without the tv muted and the radio network on.

Hell, half the time, if the game's bad, I just listen. It's fun listening to Lenny get crankier as the hours groan by.
