I don't know about Pioli but I'm ready for Haley to hit the highway...

I dont blame them, you try to drive a wedge in between the players and the management/coaches too much. ala Waters.

Disregard the personnel attack, I thought it was some random poster and not really you.

That's right. I should've ignored the fact that KC's Pro Bowl offensive guard wanted to be traded after meeting with Haley and Pioli. That's no one's business. Hasn't affected Waters' play at all. It's a nonissue.

Pot meet Kettle. You are drinking Jason's. I'm not drinking anything. I also believe in giving a HC and GM more than an off season and a half a season to right a ****ing sunken ship.

Fatlock swings with a right, and PENCHIEF GOES DOWN!!!

nychief 11-08-2009 05:23 PM

I think its safe to say Pioli over estimated this group. There is a huge talent void.

'Hamas' Jenkins 11-08-2009 05:24 PM

At this point, I just want the cHunt family to sell the team.

It is real hard not to agree with you on your take.

Give him the rest of the year, then jettison the waste.

Again.

After watching last year, and still over-estimating this team, they should all be court-ordered double shots of antifreeze.

Yeah. I drink the kool-aid. Constantly.

You've read my posts here. C'mon, man.

if anything it hurt Waters a little, dont ya think? Made him look like a whiney little bitch, and he isn't. If he truly wanted to be traded, Im sure some trade partners were turned off a little by that type of attitude, that if he doesn't like things he wants out.

At this point, I want at least 90% of this team locked in an abandoned warehouse and set on fire. But, I could be just a little bitter and irritable right now.

Dave, you're good dude, and I respect your takes.

But you know damn good and well that no one was expecting them to "right the ship" this year.

However, some of us DID expect to see SOME improvement, and there has been NONE.

Not one player brought in via FA or the waiver wire has been a significant upgrade over the player they replaced, and in some cases, they are significantly WORSE than the player they replaced.

When you're talking about 30+ players, that's alomst impossible to pull off, especially considering we're dealing with the Executive of the Decade here.

Christ, 2 of our 3 most promising young players are regressing.

No one was asking for a 1-year miracle. But this team is actually worse than the 2008 team.

Not possible. Herm and CP are gone, and they were the source of all woe.

True enough, but I'm not going take being blasted for agreeing with JWhit when he's right by you or anyone else.

Assuming his take about The Great Haoli thinking they could go .500 with this roster is accurate, there is absolutely NOTHING to argue against his take.
Nothing.
Period.
