Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain.

Valiant 11-08-2009 10:50 PM

Too bad he did not care as much of playing hard and smart here.. LJ has that problem also..

****... all three of those highly touted USC linebackers have been good this year I would take any one of them at this point

yep pretty much... I love the way cush plays. he plays with the passion and leadership that Vrabel was supposed to bring...

I heard the biggest knock on Cushing was that he is injury prone, nobody ever questioned his talent.

Brown leads the Chiefs in tackles, you know.

I heard some people around hear say that's why Pollard was awesome last year.

kb_kcstar: For the record, Bernard Pollard was a bad, bad influence in the locker room. Not the Chiefs' kind of guy. Much better player than Brown tho.

I'm not surprised.

As much jawing and celebrating as he did over routine plays, he probably has an ego the size of Mount Rushmore.

Mike Brown isn't good but I'm tired of people defending Pollard. His performance warranted a cut. And this should be the final nail in the coffin. The last thing the Kansas City Chiefs need is a jackass who misses tackles.

But Brown whiffed on a TD pass instead. Even Pollard wouldn't have looked as out of place as Brown did.

Cuz we now have an older slower version that is less talented? Mike Brown is also horrible no way around that. I may be wrong but it sounds like you are defending mike brown.

I'm not.

I'm defending Pioli for cutting that piece of crap Pollard when it was completely warranted.

Now that he has his shit squared away, good for him. If only he had done it in Kansas City.

He's no great loss. We'll draft a safety this year and start Morgan and no one will ever give a shit about Bustard Poo-llard again hopefully.

These players don't get their wake up call until they get cut.

face it. we drafted poorly.

Yeah, I'd much rather have Mike Vrabel and his 'leadership' in my locker room.

Screw talent, I want old, slow Yes men on my team.

Evidently that's the Patriot way.

Patriot way is so ****ing gay. It only works if you have Brady and Bill.

Guys like Cush and Rey are just outstanding players...Rey dropping into the 2nd was a pure gift for the Bengals.

I said it before and I'll say it again, if Brian Cushing played here, this fan base would love him.

KCChiefsMan 11-09-2009 02:10 AM

well he sucked for us, coaching? I'm not 100% on that, maybe he now realizes that this is his LAST chance to make it in this league
