My nephew is in the 6th grade. The other boy got into more trouble cuase he threw the first punch. They told my nephew since he never has gotten into trouble and he didnt start it, that it was just a 1 day thing.

I am just proud he defended himself and beat that kid up. I live across the street from his school. He will come here if they try to jump him after. Lol i will beat up some little ass kids they try to jump my nephew. lol

Okay, tell him to watch what he says unless it helps out his teammate, it's alright to defend ones self but you got to prevent in getting into those situations too. Tell him to be careful what he says to individuals so he can stay away from that type of conflict if it presents itself.

Great job that kid deserve anything he want because if you let people pick on you then you'll be victimised the rest of your life. When iwas young i didn't fight cause i was afraid that people think i'm mean so i didn't fight back. Plus later on i knew if i fought back i won't stop cause i feel all my anger i held back for so would be released.

you really think that he just called the kid 'butter fingers'? i'm just assuming that isn't all that he said to the other kid. he probably mouthed off and got popped. big deal. though i agree that a kid should be able to defend himself, he's probably going to get into the same situation if he keeps running his mouth to other kids.

a day and a half??? Man when i was in school fighting was an automatic 10 day suspension no matter which person started it.

I was in several fights in self-defense; one in particular in HS involved me beating the p*ss out of a gang-banger wanna be after he sucker punched me. he got expelled, I went back to class. I got home and my dad was lik e'Hey! Rocky". lol

My 14 year old is being stalked by a verbal bully that constantly goads him on until my kid snaps.....get detention, as of yesterday, I am afraid that he will be suspended because of the last altercation in front of the school, OFF property.

I hope it will be remembered by the principal, that we talked about the "stalking". The other kid has to have an escort by an adult around school, because he has caused so much grief that if no escort, the kid will get pummeled by other kids(not mine). My kid has only had problems with him, but my kid keeps getting punished. I am about to pay his principal another visit......and it won't be pleasant for either of us!

If you and some of your friends all get out of school suspension, its just a vacation. My friends used to come over to my place and swim when we beat the hell out of some losers down the street from us. They deserved it. Still to this day those morons won't look us in the eyes.

I have intentionally NOT taught my son anything about self defence. He is very immature and would use it aggressively....and be expelled from school.
