It will be embarrassing if Gailey turns the Bills around and the Chiefs stink.

If Chan, or whoever gets that job, makes the Bills a good team, that would be a great accomplishment since the other AFC East teams look like they are going to be solid for the next several years.

Gailey's going to need some serious help to make that happen. For starters, a quarterback.
