I was in South Carolina for my grandma's funeral a few months back and the "family" went out for dinner and I was hanging out with uncles I've met three times in my life and they made sure to tell me how much of a piece of shit they thought I was...it was enlightening...not often do you get to see what kind of failure drunk relatives think you are...I thought it was more funny than anything, sadly.

My sister was going to freak out...I was like...relax? You really think I care what those assholes think about me? And to be frank, are they really wrong? I think that pissed her off even more...for some reason my sisters think I am a better person than I really am.

I find my shortcomings to this point to be more comedic than anything...I'm thinking I grow up someday but until then, no harm in people calling it like they see it.

Just because she is young doesn't mean she can't or won't **** you over or hurt you. If you are one of the few she has dated or been with, there is always the possibility she will grow tired of you whether it be the age factor or something else. According to science her brain hasn't even fully developed yet FCS.

Yes some of them in the 25 yr old range can be hung up on what they or others have expected of them by that age when it comes to career, marriage,and kids, all that crap and where they actually are.
