Where do you live? I'll give you some good things to do that are fine to do alone (i.e. not eat at some swank restaurant).
EDIT: Note that now is the time. We're coming out of the long, crappy winter months and heading inot the good months -- late May/June/July, before it gets sickeningly muggy (late July into August, usually). Great weather for activities.
