Unfortunately, that is just IMDB guessing. No date has been specified for the return other than late 2013 for the BBC and early 2014 for the US broadcast.

aturnis 08-03-2013 03:02 PM

What about BBC USA? Would it be same as BBC?

Sherlock in the past hasn't been on BBCA, it's been on PBS. Not sure if that's continuing or not.

Watched the first....whatever it is on Amazon Prime. This is really good. Really really good.

My question is, WTF kind of format are they doing? 3 episodes every 2 years? I don't understand.

All of the main people involved are busy doing other things, so I think they just fit in filming whenever they can.

And I guess it's not as uncommon in the UK to have weird season formats/lengths. They have avoided a lot of the "we're doing 20+ episodes a season until no one watches and we cancel it" thing that plagued US television for so long, and still does a bit.

Me neither. Is it going to air the same night in the US as it is in the UK? If not...off to the Pirate Bay for this impatient prick. :D

Nope- we get the 1st episode on Valentines Day I believe in the USA- and yes, torrent will be fired up for this well before that for me!

I watched this last night. The first episode was amazing. The guy playing Holmes really pulls it off well.

Wait til you get to like season 2 when they introduce Sherlock's love interest. The character is awesome, and they cast an awesome actress to play her!
