lol Im looking for a job and need one badly, so if one comes available to where I have to work weekends, I gotta take it. Its gunna suck ass because football is like my life, there is not much I enjoy more than sitting back and watching football all day Saturday & Sunday, it brings me so much joy. I have a DVR but its just not the same as watching the games live. And I cant DVR every college football game, and it wont be worth watching after I know who won and shit. Aaaaahhh I just a want a 9-5 M-F.

You know what's a trip? I walk my dogs 3.5 miles through our neighborhood at least four days a week (I've probably documented that fact ad nauseam - my apologies).

I'd always run into a guy less than half a mile from my home, higher up on the hill from me. Totally cool guy, lean, in his 60's.

One day, he was telling me about his trip to Sicily and how cool it was, plus, there was a new Sicilian restaurant in Hollywood (that is unbelievably rare - everything's Northern Italian out here).

So I asked: "Are you Italian?". He replied, "No, I'm Sicilian from Kansas City". I said "You are SHITTING me! Did you grow up on the North End? Did you know my dad (xxxxxx)? Did you know Frank Ancona?"

He said "Did I know your Dad? Holy SHIT, yeah! And I used to LIVE at the Ancona's, literally!".

The guy is a very well respected college professor and is one of the funniest ****ing people I've ever met.

And, he's from KC. Small ****ing world.

Yea I know what you mean, I've had that happen several times to me. Last time I ran into a guy at work here and noticed his MO lic and come to find out I went to HS with him.

I remember Ancona, pretty sure dad used to do biz with him & knew him personally.
