Reading this thread makes me kind of sad. Man I hope he recovers well from surgery.

I think he'll be good.

Welker had an ACL. Seems he recovered well.

Honestly, losing him in week one sucked so much more than that sort of thing usually does. I already had my doubts about this season, but I thought, "at least I'll get to see Berry and Charles be total ****ing badasses all year." Week two wasn't a whole lot better.

I was listening to the draft on Sirius, and when they drafted Berry I screamed so lous I couldnt talk the rest of the night. Best pick since Tony. He'll be the linchpin of our D for the next decade.

Best pick ever/CP

Suck our dicks

Injury? No way.

Suck our dicks again/CP

Could have got him in a later round/ CP

Why draft a QB? We got Berry/CP

This year, trade 3 drafts for a QB./CP

LOL

Yeah, my brother and I were watching and we both jumped up and high-fiving like they had just won a game on a last-second FG :)

I hope we break his ****ing neck.

Not in an Eric LeGrand kind of way, but more in a Peyton Manning kind of way.

Not to mention the additional progress he would have made this season that would have carried over to year 3.

Eh, he'll be fine. As long as there aren't any long lasting effects from the injury, I think he'll be back on track in no time.

QBs taken between Berry and our 2nd round pick are...........................................Tim Tebow. So how exactly are we contradicting our thoughts on going after a QB and still loving the Berry pick?

I agree. Its just that as good as he was you know he is going to get better and losing 16 games of learning is dissapointing. I don't doubt at all that he will be ready to go.
