It's foolish to think the Rams would trade Bradford when they have other needs.

A 14 million cap hit won't due to them any favors this season. They need to upgrade both via FA and the draft.

Not to mention next season they'll need to sign Long to an extension.

I don't see where I said Bowe has no trade value, but you are high on something if you think we are getting the #1 or 2 overall pick for a WR of any caliber plus anything less than our first round pick this year

Yes. 3 1sts would be worth more to the Rams. They already have a franchise QB.

If the Rams have the 1st pick and want to trade it then the offer from us would be more like

Bowe + our 1st(10th pick) + our 1st 2012 for your 1st pick

basically three 1st round picks worth

Also because it rarely works like anyone is talking about. You rarely if ever see players packaged with picks to trade up in the draft...this isn't the NBA.

You are over valuing Bowe, me thinks.

He's a good WR, sure. But he will be going into his 6th season in 2012.

If anything, it would be a bit more realistic for a team like the Browns who have 2 first round picks as well as a lot of others to trade up if the Rams had the first overall pick(or to trade for Bradford, which isn't going to happen).
