Cassel checks down on that first play of overtime.

One thing I've believed about Tebow since before his draft was that his best asset was his deep ball accuracy. He's always known how to improvise, but his deep ball has ALWAYS been there.

He's a Cylon. /Ron Moore

Because he is so good... Beating a GIMP'd up team playing at Mile High... Makes him so good...

I like the guy and think he is a good role model. I just hate the teams he plays for and I think he nothing more than a below average QB.

Demaryius Thomas is the real hero.

This was a pretty huge fluke.

Rasputin 01-08-2012 08:50 PM

The more he wins for the bundle of sticks donkies the more I am going to hate his bundle of sticks Jack A$$.

Let's be honest here, yes Thomas was outstanding today, but this time Tebow really did make some accurate throws and good decisions with the ball. I can't believe Pittsburgh didn't force more pressure on him though. Just let him sit back all day and throw basically.

Tebow has been a horrible QB to date. The question is and everybody knew from before him getting drafted is his mechanics, slow reading the defenses. His strength was running and leadership in college.

He was a reach as a # 1 pick. Can Elway or some QB coach change all of this? Yet to be seen, I doubt it, but if they ever can change it, he has the possibility to be a pain in the butt for years with his size and arm strength.

I'll tell you why I don't think Tebow will ever be a successful QB.

His game is about emotion.

I think the best quarterbacks are cold, robotic players. Guys like Montana and Manning that kill your defense with a dead look in their eyes.

Crazy wild-eyed intensity is for defensive players and flava clowns, not elite QBs.

Accurate throws and good decisions yield better than 10/21 completion percentage.

The problem was that the Steelers secondary let the Broncos receivers run free in the deep secondary. He heaved it up there and the Broncos receivers ran under it. Most teams will elect to give up a few more rushing yards than to leave the deep part of the field uncovered.

The Broncos are a lot like the Chiefs. Give them a franchise QB and they would be a threat to win it all.

The Broncos success this season is fun because of Tebow; he has an enigmatic future as a QB.

Its worth mentioning that Pitt has the number 1 pass defense in the league.

But it's safe to say that they don't have the number one pass defense in the playoffs.
