Presume he pleaded it down. It's hard to prove a "he said/she said" when she admits to being drunk out of her mind. This way they at least got some accountability rather than a reasonable doubt acquittal.

I'm guessing he wouldn't go to the pen for it. He'd probably do 3 months at county and then get out early. I don't know - maybe Wisconsin is tough...

I'm only guessing here, but I'm betting it's because he was a minor himself.

Just did a search and today it should be second degree sexual assault and a class C felony.
