He needs to be somehow part of a trade the #2 pick if the rams are going to be looking for a CB in free agency.

If Carr is part of a trade to attain RG3...I wouldn't be sad to see him leave.

I tihnk the Rams are trying to get a deal done ASAP, so teams like the Browns dont decide to bail out of a bidding war and sign Orton or Flynn and decide they'd like to keep draft picks.

Yep. Flynn and Manning on the open market reduces the Rams' bargaining power.
