You're a Chiefs fan for crying out loud. How are you a bandwagon fan?

Are you also nervous about hating on Dayton Moore in case the Royals actually make the playoffs one of these years?

I worry that he's going to be a pro-bowler next year.

Does it actually count if you didn't take a single snap in the entire season?

I know where I came from and who I cheer for, but it really follows the same general idea. Start liking team/player when they are successful not failing. Or does this only apply to teams?

It only applies when it doesn't make you a bandwagon fan.

Ok I apologize for my misguided information on the theory of bandwagon(ing)

I've always wondered about guys who win Super Bowls but never play. They were part of the team, to be sure, and granted most guys are on the field at some point on special teams or due to injuries or something. But if you're the backup QB and the starter plays every snap all season, do you ever wear your Super Bowl ring? I'm not sure I'd feel really proud of wearing it, even if I was at every practice and in uniform for every game.

That was kind of my thought

You can only like people when it is of popular opinion to like them.............duhhhhhhhh

Ebolapox 03-22-2012 03:15 PM

I'm sure he's a great guy, but I want him off of my team. GIVE ME A FUDGING FRANCHISE QB FOR THE MOTHERFUGGING WIN!

grandllamajr 03-22-2012 03:15 PM

Ahh so you mean I shouldn't swim backwards up the stream, I should be zombie doing and liking what popular opinion says I should do? At this point I have to assume your just ****ing with me. I will check back in when I get off work and see.

Get it out of your head that your loyalty to the team's players makes you any more or less of a fan. It doesn't. Know what's keeping THEM loyal to the team right now? Money. They might like the team, but none of them wouldn't break their contract and sign with another team for more money if they could right now. And that includes Cassel.

Your loyalty to the Chiefs is stronger and worth more than ANY former player's. Cassel doesn't deserve shit from any fan. Quit feeling sorry for him. He's got 60 million, a job, and a super bowl ring. He's doing pretty ****ing fine with half of a fan base pulling for him.

I'm sure he knows he sucks, but he was forced into this position by Pioli not of his own doing. I still don't want him on the team, but I don't really blame him for being the shit that he is.
