Even though I'm not crazy about the mushrooms, its still looks pretty good.

It's a new take on an Italian brick sandwich. Although I don't think you'll get the flavor like you do in the real thing.

Why let it sit for four hours? That's a little long to let food like that sit in the temp danger zone.

Yeah, leaving it that long shouldnt be necessary to get the same effect... but, that IS one damn good looking sammich.
