Um, ok? :shrug: I'm aware that this isn't at a pool. The Little Swimmers are designed for water play, (not just to wear in a pool). A standard diaper isn't designed to hold water and they can bust open.

It's not new management, but an increased number of incidents over the past couple of years. As of late, they've needed to shock the fountains a couple of times per week.
