I think I'm going to get cut guys. I'm not even better than Cassel.

It took Charles a couple years, but he never looked like a worthless piece of shit when he first entered the league. He looked like a guy who could make some plays, but to do it consistently he had to adjust to the pros and work hard.

The same goes for Sproles. The dude single-handedly won some playoff games for San Diego very early in his career.

McCluster has been nothing but a rancid turd his entire career. Again, let's hope he really has refined his routes as a WR, because that's all he's got.

McCluster isn't even comparable to Reggie Bush, who took forever to get going in the NFL. Bush actually put up 1000 yards as a RB once. McCluster could never come close to doing that.

I'll go ahead and be among the minority that doesn't hate McCluster and thinks he can contribute. Find him in space and he's fine.

Stick to Planeteer drama threads and Royals baseball.

You didn't pay close attention.

He saves a lot of money if he cuts him before 2013, but not if he cuts him before the end of this year.

Now there is an enigma for you.

Jake O'Connell makes this team and we don't keep a FB.

If it wasn't for McCluster we would not have made the playoffs in 2010. I hope you realize that.

Even scrubs will make an occassional play.

See Andy Studebaker.

Are you talking about the San Diego game?

Maybe if he had scored his return TD when the Chiefs were down 5 with 3 seconds left on the clock in the 4th quarter.

Until then, I'm not going to chalk up one of his whopping TWO total TDs in a close game to one game, especially on a play that happened early in the game.

I don't see much of Darren Sproles in DMC. Sproles is thick and tough as hell.

Do you guys remember Eric Metcalf? He played WR, RB, PR, and KR for the Browns and Falcons from the late 80's into the early 90's. He was awesome and was a real spark plug. He is probably the original Sproyles, McCluster, or Reggie Bush type and the guy scouts compare all of those guys to.

I really thought McCluster was a good draft pick and hoped he would be the next Metcalf but it hasn't happened. I thought he and Charles in the shotgun in same backfield would be pretty scary. This will be his third year. You know what you have in a player by the third year. This is it for McCluster.

Here is a clip of Metcalf if you've never seen him. He was the real deal and none of them are even close to being as good as he was.

I want him to and I hope he does. The battle for the slot between he and Breaston is going to be interesting. Breaston is a good receiver but McCluster has had a great camp.

Cyrus Gray doesnt need to be cut, I was very impressed with him in his first game, yes granted he's been injured, but that kid looks to be a promising player and would surely be snatched up he were to get cut.
