One day later Romeo and Clark come out and do it.

Yep, they are embarrassed by all of this.

Certainly lends credence to Babb's assertion that Pioli has an almost teenage girl like notion of attention and perception.

Whitlock put himself out there as the counter to Pioli once the Don himself got established in KC. Once Whitlock came out firing in support of us fans, Pioli put RAC out there because he had to answer someone who has almost as much influence (in his mind, IMO) as him concerning the team.

''We're trying to make it better,'' Crennel said. ''I got up there a little earlier on Sunday and (the fans) were there in their red, and they were ready to try to help their team, and the team played a competitive game. Was it perfect? It was not perfect. But it was a competitive game, and it kept the fans involved in the hopes they were able to pull out a victory.
Competitive? No. I dont want competitive, I want a win, especially when that game could have been won, in spite of the referees.

Screw competitive, I want wins. This team has yet to even have a lead in a game through 5 weeks. That's pathetic and Ive seen a LOT of pathetic when it comes to KC.

Thanks Herm, er I mean Romeo.

We want a SB.

The HC wants to be competitive.

Owner and GM want buts in seats.

What we have here is a failure to communicate...

Yes, a SB is the ultimate prize, but I think we have to at least see something that shows a progression toward that prize. I dont see anything about this team that says progress. Sure, the defense played well on Sunday, but that's not been consistent given the fact that at least 3 of the 5 games have been for all intents and purposes, blow outs...in the first half.

Thats not really defending frustrated fans.

We wanted Carl out because we were competitive year in and year out but never made the dance.

Now we can't even get the nerdy girl to help us study.

We were competitive before Pioli. We've gone from competitive to a complete joke that is painful to watch...

Rasputin 10-10-2012 05:15 PM

I don't think frustration/flustration is the word when your quarterback fumbles the ball at the one yard line on a scoring opportunity and the defense recovers it.

Other words come to mind like

SHIT

****

DAMMIT CARL PIOLI

:cuss:

WORTHLESS POS QUARTERBACK WORTHLESS POS GM

I mean we have been flustrated long enough it's time for change. We are not flustrated just pissed off fans that want better for our team and are now demanding better. Deal with it Clark fire Pioli saveourchiefs.com

Hammock Parties 10-10-2012 05:15 PM

Before the Baltimore game, this would have been the first thing Romeo defended successfully all year...

Looking back...even with Peterson we were still a joke. Look at how foolish this team looked having the best record in the league only to piss away the 'greatest home field advantage' over and over, and over again. KC was never a contender.

There is an attitude with this franchise that has now spanned three GM's multiple head coaches, etc. that cares nothing about winning or building a winning team. Save for Joe Montana, we wouldnt even have playoff wins in 1993 to hang our hat on. That says something...not it says a lot...even in the early 90's it's been clear that to win games you need a franchise QB. We're still suffering from Carl drafting Blackledge and the curse of the kicker.

We're a fanbase that assumes, when things are tight and the game is on the line, we will lose.

Because we always have. Montana being the only exception...

And God forbid, we get upset about that...then we get scolded by the team and national sports media.

And that was under Carl.

Somehow we found a GM even more entitled and less fan-friendly...

Rasputin 10-10-2012 05:46 PM

Heh, some teams take heart with an us (team) vs the world mentality. Here it's us (fans) that have that heart vs the world and it's even against our own team.

If anything, we've learned to be careful what we wish for...
