Making a move in-season makes little sense, football-wise. But Clark needs to do it. Clark needs to satisfy our bloodlust and show that he hears us. In the long term, that would do far more good than a mid-season switch would do bad. Besides, we're playing the the #1 pick now...

I'm praying for the following:

GM: Marc Ross
HC: Chip Kelly
QB: Geno Smith

Chiefs get first pick in the draft.....Goodell fines the Chiefs orginization for tanking season intentionally. Fine is our First round pick.

I really like the idea of Chip Kelly But if we end up with Marc Ross we will probably end up with Perry Fewell as HC.
