Yes because people are beginning to realize that a TE should only block and cant be used as a passing attack weapon...

And the league is going to running versus passing

Jason Witten has better stats at this point in his career than Tony did and he's hardly been considered even a top 3 TE any season he's played. Someone will break 1000..
