Its soo funny because hes a very similar player to Cassel. Low upside, but both players are capable of playing better than they have this season. Both game managers. Both can be ok and serviceable if everything around them is good…defense and strong run game. Both go to crap when asked to carry the load and too much is put on their shoulders…..

Sanchez has talent. Mechanically he is close to perfect. If he had Cassel's work ethic and dedication he would be a much better QB.

Talent wise Cassel is lacking in just about every area. He tried to make up for it by being THE WORLD'S GREATEST BOY SCOUT but that doesn't happen in the NFL.

I'd trade some used charcoal for him.

Sanchez has all the physical tools required to play. He doesn't have it upstairs and our entire coaching staff did everything in their power to destroy him. He couldn't take the heat and the hideous offensive staff
