OK, the family and neighbor said the round road steaks were awesome. They're nice! I'll agree the steaks lacked nothing on flavor, but I want them more tender. I'm making it my mission to get this cut right too.... Next time I'll add more passes with the tenderizer (one wasn't enough) and perhaps eight-10 ours in the marinade. Heck, if I'm feeling like a longer cleanup, I'll break-out the vacuum marinade and there won't be anything left to question about the marinade getting to the middle of the meat!
But a success nonetheless.... |

I made a chard/spinach/cilantro/romaine/arugula salad with a teryaki/ginger marinated sirloin steak, almonds, crunchy chow mein noodles and a sesame seed dressing. Damn it was good
