If I was planning on using a 34/43 hybrid, I'd move Dontari Poe to Rde with Jerrel Powe on the nose, and Tyson Jackson at LDE.
I would also switch sides with Hali and Houston, target a versatile LB in the third. I would then be able to mix up my defense with the base personnel. 34 would have Jackson, Powe and Poe, left to right on the line, Hali, 3rd rounder, DJ, and Houston, left to right at LB. Drop Hali on the line at RDE, move Jackson inside to DT in a 43 front. Working like that wouldn't allow the offense to make playcalls based on personnel packages. |

We are trading down and taking a pass rusher. It will kill me to see it, but someone else is going to move up for Geno. And while Hali still has a lot of gas in the tank, I think that the state of the league clearly says you stock up on as many top level pass rushers as you can possibly get.

i dont know about you but im a little tired of "simulated pressure" , how about some real ****ing pressure other than TambaHawk??

As someone who is a fan of another team switching to a hybrid, Dion Jordan is easily the best player for this defense in this draft. Other than a high quality press corner that doesn't exist in this draft.
That said. If the Jaguars don't take him, the Eagles definitely will. |
Eagles are going to move up for Geno

As well as ASmith protects the ball and chews up the clock, with our new defensive personel+Ansah in your scheme and we could be looking at the top rated defense in the league in a year or two. |

The knock on Ansah is his motor, after 2 or 3 plays he has to go to the sideline to catch his breath.

He also said he was going to marry a whore and eat some rum ham.
