When they outlawed real money on these sites, my friends and I developed a 'Poker Fantasy League'. We play once a week and it's like combing fantasy football with poker. The way it works is we each throw $20 into a (cyber) pot. Play 3 tournaments each week for 10 weeks. Win a tournament, you get 3 points. 2nd place is 1 point.

At the end of the 10 weeks, winner takes the pot.

It's a lot of fun. We play on Pokerstars. They have a 'home game' tab that we all log in to. You can invite just the players you want and then we register for those games. We also all log into Skype at the same time so we can talk smack.
