No worries,a spread is not a prediction but just a number so Vegas gets action both ways.

Combined team record in florida since 1990 is 3-14.

Pffft. 35 should be the line in Vegas; we should win by 47 or more points....

So, to point out facts is stupid?

6-19 since the merger in 1970.

I remember being in Vegas for a Chiefs vs. Jags game(I think '04) and watching the line change almost a full 3 points in just a few hours. It takes a boatload of money to move a line that much and as I recall the game went to the wire and with some controversy and sadly KC lost.

How many wins and losses does this team have? The fact that the chiefs have a bad history in Florida means absolutely nothing to the outcome of this game.

You're right about that much, but that record is no coincidence.

Pasta Little Brioni 09-02-2013 12:31 PM

That's about fine for an NFL road game. People expecting a 20 plus win are loons.

I never said it did. Do I want them to win? Yes. Do I think they will win? Yes. Would I be surprised if they lose given their history in Florida? No

ChiefaRoo 09-02-2013 12:56 PM

Chiefs win by two touchdowns or more. Bet it and lay the 3.5 bitches

Tombstone RJ 09-02-2013 01:10 PM

The Broncos record in Florida also sucks. I'm not sure what the faider's or Sandy Eggo's record in FL is. It's tough to play in FL in September, especially if the team isn't used to the heat and humidity. You'd think Jacksonville might be a little easier to play a game at than South Florida but who knows?
