Massive and permanent damage done. The piece of shit got away with it too, because juries won't convict anyone anymore unless someone actually sees them do it.

I'm not a parent, and I don't have a lot of experience with infants. I just don't see how anyone's instinct would be to hit and/or shake a baby in order to get them to stop crying. Even if it's your frustration of not being able to quiet the baby, how in the hell is beating/shaking it going to help your situation?

matt Cassel wouldn't be. he'd be great if you want to scare the guy because he'd shoot over his head, 5 yards in front, 3 yards behind or 4 yards and front, and will most likely either cringe and fall at the first sign of trouble or shoot somebody that he had no intention of hitting.

AP and a few of his OL buddies need to go pay this guy a visit.

I'll bet there are few guys from his team at Oklahoma that wouldn't mind making a trip to Sioux Falls.

I wonder if AP knows any Patriot Tight Ends well enough.

Where's Aaron Hernandez when you need him? Oh that's right, he's busy at the moment. I wish the best for Adrian and his son.

Yeah.....everyone needs to look the other way while this guy "disappears".

Wow. So sad.. And probably couldn't have happened to a better dude either.

Dude was a 25 year old millionaire when he tore is knee to shreds and spent his New Years in the hospital recovering for the next season. Hes very religious and always praises God- I actually read a story recently that he was pissed off because a team had game planned specifically to sto him (and succeeded) so he was cursing. Apparently the dude doesn't even use curse words.

In any case, I hope the kid recovers with no lasting effects.

Oh yeah, I'm sure the deadbeat has a bunch of money sitting around to "pay severely"

It happens a lot actually. I've heard similar stories a couple times just from people I actually know.

You're not a parent, that's why you don't understand the issue.
