Here's where I disagree. Houston is exceptional in pass coverage. He's been great vs. HB's and (slower) TE's his whole career.
And as a pass rusher Houston is a beast. He's stupid strong and has a full clip of pass rush moves to fire at the QB. Houston is fast, can bull rush, can speed rush, and can swim and go.
Hali is often pushed outside because his upper body just isn't as strong. Hali himself said that Houston "can do things I just can't do."
