Now would be a great time to trade with the colts

Would be funny for his friends to play a joke on him,
"You got all wasted and traded Andrew Luck for some Jack and pills last night"

If every player is an incredible dumbass because he didn't get a driver in lieu of a DUI, how stupid is the guy who signs their paychecks?

I almost can't blame the guy though. He got it honest, from his drunk douchebag father.

PSA, kiddos. Field sobriety tests set you up to fail. They're mainly designed to bolster the officer's case.

Because of these concerns, Dr. Cole performed his own study and published his findings.7 Dr. Cole’s findings are alarming. In Dr. Cole’s study, his methodology was to videotape 21 completely sober people performing six FSTs: walk-and-turn; the alphabet; one-leg stand; one-leg stand with head tilted backward, eyes closed, and finger touching nose; one-leg stand while counting; and one-leg stand with leg extended outward. When 14 police officers with a median experience level of 11.7 years were asked to view the tapes, they identified the subjects as too drunk to drive 46 percent of the time. All of the officers had completed a state-mandated DUI detection training program and all had field experience in DUI detection.

That actually seems about right. Drunk or no, 46% of the idiots on the road probably need to GTFO.

If he was charged with OWI, it's possible there was no alcohol involved.

I believe that. A cop made me take one once. I'd had like 2 beers in 2 hours. He made me walk a line on the edge of some crummy road with cracked up pavement. I told him it was BS like 3 times and he just kept saying, "Don't worry about the road." Then he made me take the breathalyzer and I passed.

It's kind of like that thing cops do when they shine a flashlight right into your face and then go, "Why are you squinting?"

No shit. he goes right from Peyton to Luck while the Chiefs get Eric Fisher, picking #1 overall. Life aint fair. Or the football gods have a twisted sense of humor.

Making a mistake doesn't make you a horrible human being.
Repetitive behavior like this would be a sign of mental issues driving the unacceptable behavior.
Don't know the mans history enough to say.

But if you are so quick to judge and damn everyone based on or by one simply mistake or careless act I bet you don't feel as you should be judged that way equally.
