Grab vegetables. Put on grill with butter and seasoning salt/lemon pepper/garam masala/garlic salt. Get grill marks on them. Serve.
Also, the salad shirazi that I posted on the appetizers thread. That is great in the summer heat. |

Haricots Verts (fancy name for French green beans or the skinny ones) are pretty easy and great. Can be as simple as a adding kosher salt and finish with a little butter if you like.

Could make green beans with mushrooms and bacon.
