Grab vegetables. Put on grill with butter and seasoning salt/lemon pepper/garam masala/garlic salt. Get grill marks on them. Serve.

Also, the salad shirazi that I posted on the appetizers thread. That is great in the summer heat.

Hmmm, I always turned my nose up at cauliflower until I roasted in one time this year, and it is delicious like that. Never thought of adding balsamic. Have to try that.

I roasted mine to make a roasted cauliflower soup. That was good too.

Haricots Verts (fancy name for French green beans or the skinny ones) are pretty easy and great. Can be as simple as a adding kosher salt and finish with a little butter if you like.

Roasted/grilled Asparagus w/olive oil and fresh Parmesan
Roasted/grilled Red, yellow and orange peppers
Roasted/grilled sautéed Mushrooms
Roasted/grilled Brussels sprouts with olive oil and black pepper

Caesar salad
Black beans with red onions
Grilled corn on the cob (buttered, salt & peppered in aluminum foil)
Grilled/roasted cherry tomatoes
Rice pilaf
Saffron rice
