L.A is obviously a massive market, and the NFL missed the boat in prior attempts and doesn't want any **** ups again. They can't afford to have another failed franchise in the west coast's largest market.

The NFL wants to put a team in place with stable ownership that they can manipulate and work with. Mark Davis doesn't fit that description.

If the Rams move to LA I would think that the Chargers could share the stadium with them. It would be a win win for both teams.

The NFL is sort of running out of cities big enough to maintain an NFL franchise. Its one of the reasons they are looking overseas.
