My Dad was 46 when I was born. He said having me late in his life helped keep him young. My buddies gave me all sorts of grief because my Dad looked more like a Grandfather than a Father when I was a teen. All I know is that he was a great Dad and was a wonderful example for me.

Grats on the new baby Brother, Ben!

My youngest is 12. I'm good.

Had my first at 42 and my second at 47.

I'm good, too. :D

When I was 15, and my brother was 13, my parents had twin sons.

I left for college when they were 2-1/2. They don't remember when I lived at home for more than a couple of months at a time.

My calculus book from my freshman year in college has their scribble marks in it.

They don't remember a time before I met my wife -- she has always been a part of their life. Same with my other brother's wife.

I moved away from KC when they were around 10 and have only seen them for a few days per year since then.

We get along fine, but are very different. They have their lives, and I have mine. Without common interests (other than the Chiefs and my parents) and leading separate lives, it is difficult to have close relationships.

1.) That has to be weird
2.) Man your parents are going to be exhausted when this kid finally leaves the house when they turn 60
3.) Ewwww this means your parents were doing it. Ewwww (unless your mom is hot)

Not sure this is worded in a way you completely intended. EDIT...or could be taken I guess.

Now you'll have someone to bring you weed in the old folks home.
