Missouri has rednecks.

There's a big difference, generally most easily recognized by # of teeth and # of confederate flags owned.

No it doesn't, because if you live in the midwest, you have some redneck in you. Even if you moved here from California like TinyE it still doesn't matter, he's part redneck now.
