Meanwhile, very odd -- Patriots three playoff opponents last year -- Ravens, Colts, Seahawks, are a combined 0-6.

Wont' last. I think the Ravens are very likely to MISS the playoffs however. Losing Suggs really hurt them, both on the field and off.

T.Y, Moncrief and Newsome if you add in the fact they traded a 1st for T-rich its been worst then pioli ever was.

Also Keep in mind they Drafted Dorsett with T.Y and Moncrief on that roster.

Moncrief and Hilton look pretty good. Vontae Davis was a good trade for an in their prime talent.

But I don't understand them acquiring all these Trent Cole, Andre Johnson, Frank Gore, types. These guys look like they are in quicksand out there compared to everyone else.

I don't know if two WRs and a couple TEs are enough from a draft to build a team. They hit on nobody on the offense or defensive line? No secondary stud? No LBer?

Frustrated Pagano tough on Luck after loss

Chuck Pagano, Andrew Luck
AP
The Colts were a mess from the beginning Monday night and were ultimately doomed by five turnovers — three Andrew Luck interceptions — in a 20-7 loss to the Jets.

After the game, Colts coach Chuck Pagano didn’t try to hide his frustration with his quarterback and his team as a whole.

“He’s got to take care of the football,” Pagano said in his postgame press conference. “It’s not that hard. It’s not trigonometry.”

The simple math says that the Colts have scored three touchdowns and committed eight turnovers through two games, both losses.

“Can’t turn the damn ball over,” Pagano said.

Gregg Doyel of the Indianapolis Star, who was at the game and at the postgame press conference, wrote that Pagano was “throwing Luck under the bus.”

While the Jets clearly frustrated Luck with a variety of blitzes and sometimes just by simply overpowering them in one-on-one battles in the trenches, Pagano hinted that Luck has to overcome his line’s shortcomings.

“[That has] been the case for three years now, hasn’t it?” Pagano asked. “He should be more than comfortable dealing with it.”

2 things here:

1) I LOVE this ****ing accountability. Good, good, GOOD on this coach.

2) He can toss Luck right on over to THIS bus.

They have no shot anyway and in fact I doubt a team in the AFC really challenges NE. They are going back to the SB and it will won't even be difficult.

The only way they don't is if Gronk or Brady go down with injuries.

He actually threw Grigson under the bus.

When you lose, SOMEONE should agitate the bus wheels.

ChiTown 09-22-2015 07:18 AM

He's just holding the Leader of his Team accountable. I see nothing wrong with that

GENIOUS!

That's almost worse than Pioli.

Yeah, the "line's been shit for 3 years" is an indictment of the GM.

This will be Elway/Reeves by the end of the season.
