What's the story on him? He used to be a harder thrower and had a high K rate just a few years ago.

He's just old now and lost a lot of velocity. I don't remember hearing about any arm issues.

I couldn't remember but it would make sense certainly with the lose of velocity drastically over the past few seasons.
