Appearance is one thing. I have pretty good sources on that appearance/perception being very wrong.

They never wanted Matt Campbell. Never offered him the job.

My source on Odom being the No. 3 guy (and really 2B) is pretty reliable.

They are staggeringly incompetent. Just look at how Earleywine's investigation has been conducted.

This starts at the very top. The BOC, Wolfe, and Loftin all ****ed up majorly with their athletics hires. Wolfe and Loftin were the biggest supporters of Anderson, which is a firable offense on its own. The BOC, Wolfe, and Loftin all signed off on Rhoades, who has been a perpetual cluster**** of ineffectiveness and stupidity.

Incompetent people hire incompetent people. And Rhoades is a shitshow.
