I just want to make sure we are talking about the same Andy Reid...

Of course he's not gonna change, he has flaws, just like every coach ever.

But he's still a pretty good and successful head coach.

Absolutely he is.. He is perfect safe kinda coach for KC...

Its very easy to keep your team expectations in check with Reid.

Well, up to this point he's averaged 10 wins in the 3 years he's been here, for a franchise that hadn't had that kind of success in a couple decades.

I'd say he's got expectations fairly high here

So, what kind of coach would you rather have here?

Donkos are going to miss CJ Anderson. Since he is out for the season their chances have been diminished

Except that their young backup has looked better than Anderson from what I've seen. Might actually be improvement by attrition. Hopefully not.

That was a piece of cake for us last year.
